Youth Mixed Martial Arts | Tuesday and Thursday 6:00PM - 7:00PM
Youth Mixed Martial Arts is a comprehensive teen combat sports program that blends together the sports of Kickboxing, Wrestling and Submission Grappling.
Our program helps teens develop a strong sense of focus, confidence and self-respect. Our program is also a great way for teens to balance the pressures of their school and social lives.
Our teen athletes are taught the most practical self-defense concepts, all the while our workouts exceed every expectation when it comes to building superior coordination, strength, speed, flexibility and cardiovascular shape.
Required Equipment: Mouthguard, Groin Protector, 12oz Training Gloves, Headgear, Shin-Instep Guard.
