Ages seven to fourteen (7 - 14).
Youth Mixed Martial Arts | Tuesday and Thursday 6:00PM - 7:00PM
Youth Mixed Martial Arts is a comprehensive training program that blends together the combat sports of Kickboxing, Wrestling and Submission Grappling.
Our program helps youth develop a strong sense of focus, confidence and self-respect. Our program is also a great way for youth to balance the pressures of their school and social lives.
Our young athletes are taught the most practical self-defense concepts, while building superior coordination, strength, speed, flexibility, endurance and cardiovascular shape.
Required Equipment: Mouthguard, Groin Protector, Training Gloves, Headgear, Shin-Instep Guard.
