Submission Grappling | Monday & Wednesday 8:00PM - 9:00PM

Submission Grappling is a modern combat sport that is rooted in the arts of wrestling, jiu-jitsu, judo and sambo. The aim of a submission grappler is to defeat an opponent by gaining positional control and employing a submission hold.

Required Equipment: Mouthguard, Groin Protector, Rashguard is Recommended.

Kickboxing | Tuesday & Thursday 7:00PM - 8:00PM

Kickboxing is a modern combat sport that blends together the techniques of boxing, muay thai and karate. A kickboxer's fighting strategy is to remain standing and to defeat an opponent using punches, kicks, elbow and knee strikes.

Required Equipment: Mouthguard, Groin Protector, 14oz Training Gloves, Headgear, Shin-Instep Guard.

Mixed Martial Arts | Tuesday and Thursday 8:00PM - 9:00PM

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a modern combat sport that blends together standup, clinch and ground fighting. Mixed martial artists are renowned for their technical versatility and superior athletic conditioning.

Required Equipment: Mouthguard, Groin Protector, 14oz Training Gloves, Headgear, Shin-Instep Guard, MMA Training Gloves.

Open Mat | Saturday 12:00AM - 2:00PM

Open Mat is available for all members. This time slot is a great way to suppliment your rolling-time, sparring, cardio and technique.
