All are welcome to attend Sheldon's Old Country BBQ at Shooter's Bar and Grill on 307 Queen Street in Harrow, Ontario. The menu will include BBQ Pork, Baked Macaroni and Cheese, Corn Bread, and all of Sheldon's other favourite fixins'. Be sure to attend!

Best of luck to all CCS grapplers who will be travelling to Columbus, Ohio, to compete in the 2008 Arnold Grappling Championship.
The Arnold Classic submission grappling contest will take place at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, along with other martial arts event. This tournament is nationally RANKED.
EVENT: November 10th, 2007
Windsor Fight Team welterweight Sheldon "No Joke" Grayer and lightweight "Lights Out" Lance Snow will be competing in Ultimate Generation Combat 19: TKO Night on November 10th 2007 at the Pierre-Charbonneau Center in Montreal, Quebec.
