Coach Peter Zahran is the creator of Central Combat Sports. He is a multiple black belt and combat sports specialist that has coached numerous individuals and groups involved in amateur and professional combat sports, law enforcement and fitness education. Coach Z is a Certified Ontario Teacher, holds an Honours Degree in International Relations and Development Studies from the University of Windsor, as well as a Bachelors Degree in Education. He currently works as a Teacher for St. Michael's Alternative High School.

Coach Dave Orton is a sports performance specialist that has coached countless individuals and teams in strength and conditioning. His areas of concentration are aerobic and anaerobic performance and sport specific development. Coach Orton is the creator of SHIFT, the country's most innovative fight conditioning system. Coach Orton has 10 years of personal training experience and currently works as Fitness Director for Lifestyle Family Fitness.

Coach Jason O'Neil is a freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling specialist that has produced multiple provincial and national wrestling champions. He is also a former national wrestling champion and five time provincial champion himself. With over 20 years of wrestling experience, Coach O'Neil has trained and competed internationally in countries like Russia and Cuba. Coach O'Neil is the President of the Essex County Wrestling Club.

Coach Cedric Benn is a boxing specialist and student of legendary Canadian Olympic boxing coach, Charlie Stewart. Coach Benn splits his time betwen CCS and the Windsor Amateur Boxing Club where he works with Canada's boxing elite and has helped produce Olympic athletes and Provincial, National and World Champions. Coach Benn is a former national competitor himself with a successful record of 30 wins and 6 losses. Coach Benn is also a certified personal trainer, the Assistant Coach of the University of Windsor Lancers Basketball Team, and the host of Cedric Sports Radio (CJAM 99.1FM).
