Our athletes have access to a world-class training facility thanks to our partnership with Lifestyle Family Fitness. Strength, cardio and flexibility equipment, surrounded by an in-door running track, are overlooked by our exclusive combat sports training grounds.

Central Combat Sports is Nationally Ranked and the first Canadian gym to be Accredited by the North American Grappling Association (NAGA) in recognition of our outstanding instruction and tournament success. We are also members of the Ontario Grappling Alliance.

Who We Are

Central Combat Sports is not a traditional martial arts club. We don't bow, sell belts or wear uniforms. We are not a franchise. We are a group of certified coaches and athletes that have achieved some of highest successes possible at the amateur and professional sports level. Our coaches have helped produce amateur and professional mixed martial artists, provincial, national, collegiate and world champion wrestlers, North American grappling champions, world champion and Olympic boxers, professional educators and even military and law enforcement professionals.

We are supporters of the following Provincial Sports Organizations, which are the official government regulatory bodies for the combat sports we practice in Ontario:
